COMMUNITY ALTAR

As a way to honor our community members that have passed, we will have a community altar for attendees to bring photos of loved ones who have passed and place them on the community altar or pin them to the 12’ Catrína located at the corner Third and Davidson. A holiday meant to bring the community together through love, this event is not only reminiscing those who aren’t with us anymore but celebrating the life that they lived. We encourage guests to bring copies of their photos so as not to damage originals.

KIDS ACTIVATIONS

In addition to face painting for the entire family, kids will be able to stop by the craft booths to create their own special Día de los Muertos keepsake, and enjoy a free screening of Guillermo del Toro’s Book of Life.

GUILLERMO DEL TORO’S BOOK OF LIFE SCREENING

Bring your warmest blankets, chairs, and pups to end the Día de los Muertos Celebration by watching Guillermo del Toro’s Book of Life. The screening of the film will begin at 7:00pm. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, or purchase from the local vendors at the event to enjoy while watching the film.
